New Chapters Wholemega Review

New Chapters is an excellent company if your looking for health and nutritional products. They consistently make high quality products from fish oil to multivitamins.

Wholemega is a fish oil capsule that stands out from the rest. First off the fish oil comes from 100% Wild caught Alaskan Salmon which is very important. Some fish oils use farm caught salmon which have higher levels of mercury and other harmful pollutants.  Wholemega also does not purify it's fish oil the conventional way. It goes through an Extra-Virgin process similar to that of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil. They key with this process is that throughout the normal purification process of most fish oils many beneficial vitamins and minerals are taken out. WHOLEmega however retains these via it's Extra-Virgin process. Click here for more information on this process LINK  Simply look at the majority of fish capsules out there and you can tell if it has been heavily processed or not. Most will almost be a clear gold colour while these are a nice redish color. The big difference lies in that the process takes out most of an anti-oxidant called Astaxanthin. Research shows that due to Astaxanthin's potent antioxidant activity, it may be beneficial in cardiovascular, immune, inflammatory and neurodegenerative diseases.

WHOLEmega is more than just simply a product that provides you with a tiny bit of healthy fat. It also provides a broad spectrum of Omega 3,5,6,7,8 & 9 Fatty Acids giving you the perfect balance.

Last but not least WHOLEmega is easy to swallow and will not give you fish burps or an upset stomach.

WHOLEmega comes in 30,60,90,120 & 180 Capsule bottles. For the best prices please visit www.bestpricenutrition.com

I highly recommend this product if your serious about your health or are in need of more EFA's in your diet. Unfortunately the typical American diet has evolved to the point where our bodies mostly only get the unhealthy fats from things such as fatty meats, baked goods etc. This product will certainly help to balance things out!

BPI RoxyLean ECA Review

On tap for this review is BPI RoxyLean ECA.

http://www.bestpricenutrition.com/bpi-roxylean-eca-supplement.html

RoxyLean is a fat burner that claims to help with the following:

  • Strong, Smooth Energy Support*

  • Promote Extreme Focus & Clarity*

  • Appetite Regulation*

  • FAT LOSS SUPPORT*

  • 1 Single Serving Capsule Dose

  • Support Increased Metabolic Rate*

  • So let's begin...  I have recently been on a cutting program trying to shed a few extra pounds and have tried quite a few different products recently so I had a good idea of what I expected from this product.

The first thing I liked about this product was that they claim that 1 capsule is a sufficient dose. Most products will tell you to start with 1 cap and then work your way up to 2 caps twice a day. So that is exactly how I dosed this. 1 Caps first thing in the morning about 30 minutes before breakfast.

Well let's just say I was very pleased with what I felt from it. First off I certainly noticed a nice energy boost in the morning that would last into the afternoon. The most notable thing however was that I felt extremely focused and dialed in for most of the day. It certainly helped me at work to be more productive and get more done!

In regards to fat loss I certainly felt like it was revving my metabolism up. I also felt much leaner and also more defined like it had a sort of diuretic effect.

Simply this product is one of the best fat loss products I've used to date. I really felt like it was working which cannot be said for most products I've tried in the past.

So I'm going to give this a 9/10 rating. All the product claims were met which is really what I like the gauge most of my ratings on.

I would however like to make a major point. ALL FAT BURNERS are only supplementary! They will not work if your diet and training are not in check. Before even bothering with a fat burner make sure your eating and training properly! These products will not melt fat off of you but give you an added boost. Remember Diet/Nutrition are king when it comes to losing fat and building muscle!

Also I'd once again like to thank www.bestpricenutrition.com for the opportunity to review this product!

I will be doing another two products reviews shortly so stay tuned!

Applied Nutraceuticals Black Cats & All-Max Razor 8 Reviews

    Time for some more reviews!

Today I'd like to review 2 Pre-Workouts which I have tried over the past few days.

The first one I'll start with is Applied Nutraceuticals Black Cats.

    http://www.bestpricenutrition.com/applied-nutriceuticals-black-cats.html

Black Cats is a simple pre-workout mainly meant for more energy and focus in the gym. Blacks Cats is not meant for those looking for extra pumps or getting doses of Arginine, Creatine or Beta-Alanine.

So my dosage for trial was 2 capsules about 30 minutes prior to my workout. I wasn't quite sure what to expect as I have used there Lit-Up product before and really enjoyed it's effects on my workout.

So after I arrived at the gym and had a few warm-up sets under my belt I could feel a nice trickle of energy kicking in. It wasn't anything major but was nice and smooth. I also started to notice that I became more dialed in and focused.

My workout ended up being very good and I left the gym feeling like I got the most out of it. A few hours later I certainly noticed that there was no crash. I also had no issues falling asleep.

So if your looking for a simple energy booster just to wake you up in the morning or something to help you get through a workout this product certainly is beneficial. No crash, no jitters but nice clean energy with a nice focus bonus!

This gets a 9/10 from me. Simple but effective! Also the price is VERY reasonable, only $16.99 for 60 Capsules at www.bestpricenutrition.com

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Next up let's review All-Max Nutrition Razor8

    http://www.bestpricenutrition.com/allmax-nutrition-razor-8-blast-powder.html
Razor8 has been created for those looking for Energy, Focus, Pump and to really demolish the weights in the gym. They claim it to be one of the most potent pre-workouts available.

One thing to make note with Razor8 is that it is very stimulant heavy if you take the 1 serving. Caffeine content would be around 350-400mg which for most people would have you jumping off the walls and extremely jittery. For this specific reason I only took a 1/2 scoops serving for my trial of this product. This still provides plenty of caffeine and stimulants to power through your workout.

First off though I'd like to talk about the taste. The flavor I tried was Triple Berry.

The first thing I noticed with the flavor was that it is was not very strong so using only a small amount of water is optimal. The berry flavor was very obvious but tasted a little "off" to me. Certainly drinkable but then again not something I'd actually look forward to chugging down like some other pre-workouts I've tried.

Now on to the effects. Since I only took a 1/2 dose I was expecting a nice dose of energy without being overstimulated and that's exactly what I got. I took this about 30 minutes prior to my workout.

As always I usually start to feel the energy and effects of pre-workouts as i start doing my warm ups in the gym. Razor8 followed in those footsteps and started to provide a nice steady stream of energy. As I was working out my legs that day I certainly needed that extra boost as it's usually my most challenging day. Throughout the workout i also noticed that my focus was more "on' that usual. I was also sweating up a storm which is usually a sign of heightened metabolism and energy. Razor8 does claim to also help as a fat burner and I certainly agree that it can help in this area. When it comes to pump however I didn't really notice much. Arginine is the main ingredient when it comes to pumps and after lots of recent research it has shown to be non effective when taken orally.

Another thing I want to mention about Razor8 which I like is that it provides the 5 grams of Creatine which you should be taking daily. Even if you only take the half dose you'll still get 2.5 grams. I always enjoy when a product actually puts a quality amount of an ingredient in instead of just pixie dusting.

So overall Razor8 is a solid pre-workout which will provide a clean energy( at 1/2 dose) and also increase your focus in the gym. If your looking for the pump aspect however you may be disappointed.

Taste for me gets a rating of 6/10.

Effectiveness I'll give it an 8/10. A higher rating would be given if the pump aspect was there as is claimed by the company.

Well thank you all for checking out today's reviews! More will be coming in the next few days!

Thanks again to www.bestpricenutrition.com for the giving me the opportunity to try these products. Make sure you check them out when your ready for your next supplement order!

    Some Protein Reviews

    Hey Everyone!

Sorry for the long delay since my last blog post. Been working on a few things and been very busy with work of late. I however do hope to have more blogs, videos etc coming over the next few weeks. I have joined together with www.bestpricenutrition.com to help do some product reviews for them and help promote their website. They truly are an awesome company to check out for all your supplement needs as they have a large lineup of products from many different companies. They are also continually adding more companies & products to their lineup. Also their customer service is great which is sometimes hard to find these days.

So let's begin with the reviews. I have 2 products which I'd like to review today. The first will be Optimum Nutrition's Hydro-builder Chocolate Shake Flavor.

I have always been a fan of Optimum Nutrition's products. They consistently make high quality products that not only taste good but work. For proteins they are easily the most popular on the market.

So I was given some samples of the Chocolate Hydro-builder flavor to try. The protein is very high quality but I was a little disappointed in the taste. The chocolate flavor has a strange aftertaste and almost tasted very fake. It is certainly not my favorite Chocolate flavor I've tried.

In regards to mix-ability it does tend to be a little thick if not enough water is added but otherwise it will not clump.

Hydro-builder also has added Creatine which is what mainly sets it apart from other proteins. It gives you the 5 Gram dosage which is what you usually should be getting per day in each servings.

The price point on this product is what I dislike the most. Even-though the quality is high your mainly paying for the added Creatine. I would highly recommend to just buy a tub of bulk Creatine Mono-Hydrate and add it to your protein shakes.

So I'm going to give this product a rating of 6/10 because of the price point and also flavor.

    --------------------------------------------------------------

The next protein I'd like to review is All-Max Nutrition's Iso-Flex Chocolate Peanut Butter & Regular Chocolate flavors.

I'll start with the regular chocolate flavor first as to compare to the ON Hydro-builder.

Once again the chocolate flavor was very disappointing. One thing to mention however is that I usually never purchase Chocolate flavored proteins to begin with because very few taste good to me.

Anyways the main thing for me with Iso-Flex that I noticed was the product profile. Only 110 calories for a 30 gram serving. No Fat or Carbs which is great for those on a cut or watching there calorie intake. 27 Grams per serving is also great and I can't think of any other protein with same amount of high quality isolate protein per 30 grams.

Mix-ability is also great with no clumping even when mixed with only a little bit of water.

In regards to taste I found the Chocolate Peanut Butter to be the best between the two. It reminded me of Reeses Peanut Butter Cups. It was very good tasting and delicious to drink. There were also little chocolate chunks in the protein which i could have done without because they sometimes stuck to the shaker cup.

Between this protein and Hydro-builder I would choose the Iso-Flex and just add my own Creatine.

Once again however the price point is VERY high in comparison to most proteins. Even-though the profile is stellar I still don't feel it's price is warranted.

I will give the Chocolate flavor a 6/10 because of the price point and taste and the Peanut Butter flavor a 8/10 because the taste is drastically better.

Well thanks for checking out this review and look for more within the coming days!
